摘　　要：我国能源资源结构特征为富煤、贫油、少气。我国以煤为主的能源消费结构所带来的最大问题是环境污染。我国煤层气资源丰富,开发煤层气可以补充我国天然气资源的供应,优化我国能源消费结构。国家应加大对煤层气资源开发的扶持力度,加强煤层气勘探开发技术研究和基础设施建设,鼓励煤层气资源的开发利用。China is plenty of coal and short of oil and natural gas resources. In China's energy consumption structure coal occupy the leading position and this causes serious environmental pollution. China is rich in coal-bed methane (CBM) resources. It is necessary to exploit the CBM resources for replenishing the supply of natural gas and optimizing the energy consumption structure. Chinese Government should increase the support intensity for the exploitation of CBM, encourage new technology research and infrastructure construction of CBM exploration so as to promote exploitation and utilization of the CBM.
