社区高血压患者应用可乐定透皮贴剂的降压疗效分析

摘　　要：[目的]评价可乐定透皮贴剂(C-TTS)的降压疗效。[方法]在社区中选取1320例1、2级原发性高血压患者,给C-TTS1贴,贴于左胸上部,每7d更换1次。在治疗期间,954例使用1贴,132例加用至2贴,共观察坐位血压3个月。[结果]954例患者仅用1贴C-TTS血压就降至目标血压,132例患者使用2贴血压得到有效控制,总有效率为82.3%。治疗后平均血压明显降低(P﹤0.05),患者使用C-TTS方便性的满意度和对治疗的依从性为94.1%。[结论]C-TTS能持续有效降低24h血压,治疗依从性好,副作用少。[ Objective ] To evaluate the antihypertensive effect of Clonidine Therapeutical Transdermal System （C-TTS）, [Methods] 1 320 patients with primary hypertension （gradel and 2） in community were selected in the trial. They were treated with 1 patch C-TTS which pasted to their up left chest, and changed C-TTS ever） 7 days. In therapeutical period, 954 patients conceived 1 patch and 132 conceived 2 patches C-TTS. Their blood pressure （BP） were observed for 3 months. [ Results] One patch of C-TTS reduced 954 patients＇ BP to target pressure （ 〈 140/90mmHg）, two patches of C-TTS controlled 132 patients＇ blood pressure. Total efficacy rate of antihypertensive reached to 82.3%. Their mean BP decreased after treatment with C-TTS. The rate of satisfaction and compliance reached 94.1%. [Conclusion] C-TTS could effectively decrease BP continuously. The patients could comply with therapy well. The adverse effect of C-TTS is rare.
