朝阳区疾病预防控制中心2000～2006年公共职能完成度分析

摘　　要：[目的]评价疾病预防控制体系经3年建设后,7项公共职能的落实情况。[方法]通过对朝阳区疾病预防控制中心2000～2006年公共职能项目的开展比例、开展程度、完成度资料的收集,对各年的公共职能开展情况进行纵向比较分析,并分析公共职能完成度与疾控体系建设之间的关系。[结果]2000～2006年期间,公共职能项目的开展比例、开展程度、完成度总体均呈升高趋势,公共职能完成度从2000年的37.2%上升到2006年的78.2%。其中以突发公共卫生事件完成度最高,2006年达到100%。公共职能项目完成度与疾控体系建设综合评分的具有明显的直线关系(F=153.19,P﹤0.0001)。[结论]随着疾控体系建设的完善,疾病预防控制公共职能的完成度总体得到了明显提高,但仍有部分职能需要进一步加强。[Objective] To evaluate the accomplisbment degree of public function of disease control institutions through 3-year construction. [ Methods] The accomplishment degree of public function was compared and the correlation between public function and system construction of disease control was analyzed, on the basis of the data collected from the Center for Disease Prevention and Control of Chaoyang District in Beijing. [ Results] The accomplishment degree of public function was 78.2% in 2006, compared with the 37.8% in 2000. The linear correlation between public function and System construction of disease control was found （F=153.19, P 〈 0.0001 ）. [Conclusions] The public function of disease control institutions is significantly improved, and more attention should be given to the surveillance and control of risk factors.
