摘　　要：[目的]对中老年职工的健康情况进行调查,分析其中的高发病及相关因素。[方法]通过对712名中老年职工进行健康体检,以血压、血脂、血尿酸、体质指数作为评价标准,从性别、年龄方面,对指标异常情况进行比较,得出结论。[结果]经调查显示,男性高血压、高尿酸血症的患病率远远高于女性,但女性血脂异常的比例却高于男性。而老年人各项异常指标又均高于中年人。[结论]血压、血脂、血尿酸的异常情况与饮食、年龄、性别、体重均有关系,在生活中应宣传健康饮食的重要性,提高人们的意识,树立合理的饮食观念。[Objective] To investigate on health status of middle-aged and elderly employees, to analyze the high incidences and the correlative influencing factorsl [Methods] Through the physical examination of 712 people of middle.aged and elderly employees, used blood pressure, blood fat, blood uric acid and constitutional index as estimation standard, compared the abnormal results according to sex, age. [ Results] The survey showed that the rate of male with high blood pressure and high blood uric were higher than female, but the rate of female with abnormal blood fat was higher than male＇s, otherwise, the abnormal targets of elderly were higher than middle-aged. [ Conclusion ] The abnormity of blood pressure, blood fat, blood uric is relative with diet, age, sex and weight, We must advocate the importance of health diet to establish reasonable concept of health diet.
