摘　　要：[目的]为了解宣汉县常规免疫接种率监测现状,对2003～2007年常规免疫接种率监测结果进行分析。[方法]根据《全国常规免疫接种率监测方案》提供的方法进行报表及时性、完整性、估算接种率、差值(D)和比值(R)的分析评价。[结果]常规免疫接种率报告的及时性和完整性由2003年的92.79%和88.56%上升到2007年的100%和99.83%。2003～2007年卡介苗,乙肝疫苗,脊髓灰质炎疫苗,百日咳白喉破伤风联合疫苗,麻疹疫苗的常规免疫报告接种率为93.90%～99.59%,而估算接种率在59.11%～115.9%,与报告接种率有一定差距。[结论]2006年、2007年5苗接种率可信,其余均为可疑或不可信。提示宣汉县免疫规划工作存在一定问题,经过2005年底全县0～7岁儿童的入户核查登记和查漏补种工作,近2年免疫规划接种率报告工作有较大进步。[ Objective] To known the current status of the routine immunization coverage in Xuanhan County, the surveillance data of routine immunization coverage front 2003-2007 was analyzed. [ Methods] Analyzed the timeliness, Completeness, estimated coverage, D value and R value of the routine immunization coverage according to China Surveillance Information System On Immunization Program. [ Results] The timeliness and completeness of the routine immunization coverage was 92.79% and 88.56% respectively in 2003, raised to 100% and 99.83% in 2007.The routine immunization coverage rates of BCG, OPV, DPT, MV, HBV reported during 2003-2007 ranged from 93.90% to 99.59%, but the estimated coverage rates of these five vaccines ranged from 59.11% to 115.9%. [Conclusion] The routine immunization coverage rates are reliable in 2006 and 2007, but whieh are questionable or unauthentic in other years. It suggests there are some questions in EPI in Xuanhan County. After eanying out Supplementary Immunization Activities （SIAs） among children under 7 years in Xuanhan County in 2005, the routine irmnunization coverage report work has a large improvement.
