2812例狂犬病暴露人群预防处理分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解荆门市狂犬病暴露后的预防处理现状,为狂犬病的防治提供科学依据。[方法]根据2007年1～12月主动到湖北省荆门市疾病预防控制中心接种门诊进行狂犬病免疫预防处理暴露人群登记的资料,分析动物致伤特点,观察人用Vero细胞狂犬病冻干疫苗后不良反应发生率。[结果]2812例动物致伤的暴露者中以下肢(占58.04%)、单处伤(占72.30%)、浅表伤(占74.47%)多见;受伤后能在3h内及时就诊者仅占7.22%(203/2812);使用狂犬病人免疫球蛋白人数占应使用者的18.23%(325/1783)。[结论]必须加强对群众的狂犬病防治知识的宣传教育,普及狂犬病的防治知识,在被动物致伤后应及时清洗伤口,并及时到疾病预防控制机构或医疗机构接种疫苗和狂犬病人免疫球蛋白。[Objectivel To understand the post-exposure treatment status for rabies in Jingmen City, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention of rabies. [ Methods] According to the data of population who initiatively inoculated with rabies vaccine in vaccination clinic of Jingmen Center tor Disease Control and Prevention from January to December of 2007, analyzed the animals＇ characteristics, observed adverse reaction rates after inoculating freeze-dried Vero cell rabies vaccine. [Results] 2 812 cases injured by animals mainly had injuries that in the lower limbs （58.04%）, the single-injury （72.30%）, superficial injuries （74.47%） ; after wounded, there were only 7.22% （203/2 812） timely treated in 3 hours; the number of people used of rabies immunoglobulin accounted for 18.23 percent of users （325/1 783）. [ Conclusion] It need strengthen the of publicity and education on people＇s knowledge of rabies prevention and treatment, universal knowledge of rabies prevention and treatment. After injured by animals, it should clean the wound timely and promptly go to disease prevention and control institutions or medical institutions of rabies vaccination and human immunoglobulin.
