摘 要:以聚醚多元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、乙二胺和二乙烯三胺等为原料,乳化合成了水性聚氨酯湿摩擦牢度提升剂。研究了各合成因素对提升剂性能的影响,确定了较优合成工艺条件为:n(PPG-1000)/n(PEG-1000)=3∶2,R值(—NCO/—OH的物质的量比)=2.5,DMPA用量3.88%,中和度100%,复合扩链剂与DMPA物质的量比1.8。经该水性聚氨酯湿摩擦牢度提升剂整理的棉织物,干、湿摩擦牢度可提高1.5~2级,对织物的色光影响较小。With polyether polyols, isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), dimethylol propionic acid ( DMPA), ethylene diamine, diethylene triamine as raw materials, a series of aqueous polyurethane promoters were synthesized by neutralization emulsification method. Influences of synthetic conditions on properties of waterborne polyurethane promoters for wet rubbing fastness were investigated. The optimal conditions of synthesis were determined as follows: n(PPG-1000)/n (PEG-1000) = 3:2, R value (--NCO/-OH) =2.5,DMPA 3.88%,neutralization degree 100%,ratio of chain extenders to DMPA 1.8. The results showed that waterborne polyurethane promoter could impart the cotton dyeings excellent dry and wet rubbing fastness, especially the wet rubbing fastness increased by 1.5 -2 level, as well as little influence on the shade.
