摘　　要：莫代尔筒子纱用还原染料染色后,再进行吸湿排汗处理。还原染料染色时,松筒密度要严格控制在0.28～0.3g/cm3,且颗差和筒子内部密度均匀;强化前处理,并加强主、辅缸与料缸间的染液循环。采用优化工艺生产的筒子纱,各项色牢度均达4级以上,抗静电性、毛效和吸湿指标较好。在此基础上再对其进行吸湿排汗整理,可获得良好的整理效果。Cheese dyeing of Modal with vat dyes followed by moisture-management finish was carried out. Results showed that some points should be carefully controlled in dyeing process, such as density of loose barrel of 0.28 - 0.3 g/cm^3, intensifying pretreatment and enhancing liquor circulation between host vessel, auxiliary vessel and trough. The treated Modal yarns featured good properties, such as above 4-level color fastness, good antistatic property, capillary effect and moisture adsorption. Afterwards, moisture management finishing was carried out, good treatment effects could be obtained.
