摘　　要：锦/棉交织物用色媒体DM-2008改性后,采用活性染料一浴法染色。分析了改性工艺和染色工艺中各因素对锦/棉交织物得色及色差的影响。结果表明,用色媒体DM-2008以浸渍法对锦/棉交织物进行改性的优化工艺为:色媒体DM-20080.6%(owf),60℃处理30min;优化的染色工艺为:活性染料2%(owf),pH值5.5,90℃固色30min。染色锦纶和棉的同色性较好,各项色牢度也较高。Wet processing of nylon/cotton mixture was carried out with first modification of cotton fiber using color media DM-2008 followed by reactive dyeing. Factors exerting influence on color yield and color deviation of nylon/cotton mixture were analyzed. Exhaustion method of cotton modification and one-bath reactive dyeing were optimized as follows： color media DM-2008 0.6% （ owl）, immersion at the temperature of 60℃ for 30 minutes ; reactive dyes 2 % （owl） with pH value 5.5,dyeing at 90℃： for 30 minutes. This method could impart nylon/cotton mixture union shade and good color fastness.
