摘　　要：从患腹水病褐牙鲆体内分离致病菌,通过生理生化鉴定方法对该菌进行了鉴定.根据Genbank上报道的嗜水气单胞菌标准株的16s rDNA序列以及致病性嗜水气单胞菌所含有的气溶素(aer)基因设计了2对引物,对所分离到的2株疑似菌以及3株标准株进行PCR扩增,均能够扩增出目的条带,经测序后,该菌的16s rDNA的序列、aer序列与标准株同源性分别达到99.8%和95%,与常规细菌鉴定方法所得结果一致,证明该菌为嗜水气单胞菌.The Aeromonas hydrophila strains were isolated from the sick Paralichthys olivaceus.The typical symptom was observed through clinical diagnosis and pathological anatomy.Biochemical experimental results showed that this bacteria could be identified as Aeromonas hydrophila.This bacteria was also detected by using polymerase chain reaction based on the aer gene and the 16s rDNA sequence of Aeromonas hydrophila reported on Genbank.The result of the molecular detection was consistent with the biochemical detection.
