摘 要:目的探讨战士跑步训练时产生的疲劳性损伤与足弓结构的关系。方法以足弓指数法测量战士足弓,将95名足弓异于正常值战士分组,其中高足弓组42名,低足弓组53名,对不同足弓结构战士跑步训练时产生的疲劳性损伤的差异性进行比较,统计不同的足弓结构对战士跑步训练伤模式的影响。结果高足弓者42名,疼痛方向在下肢外侧者30例,占71.4%,疼痛部位在踝部者22例,占52.4% 低足弓者53名,疼痛方向在下肢内侧者38例,占71.7%,疼痛部位在膝部者24例,占45.3%。高足弓者在踝部、下肢外侧有较高损伤发生率,低足弓者损伤易发生在膝部、下肢内侧。结论不同的足弓结构对下肢产生不同的损伤模式。Objective To investigate the relationship between soldiers' foot arch structure and lower extremity fatigue injury in rumning training . Methods The soldiers' foot arches were measured in arch index. Of 95 soldiers with foot arches different from those of normal soldiers, 42 had high arches and 53 low arches. The differences in development of fatigue injury due to running in sol- diers with different foot arch structure were compared , and the impact of different foot arch structure on the soldiers' running injury model was amalysed . Results Of 42 soldiers with high arches , 30 had pain in the lower extremity , accounting for 71.4 percent, 22 in the ankle ,accounting for 52.4 percent; among 53 with low arches , 38 had pain in interior lower limb , accounting for 71.7 percent, and 24 knee in , accounting for 45.3 percent. Ankle and lateral lower limb injuries developed at a higher rate in high foot arch soldiers, knee and the interior lower limb injuries were prone to occur in low foot arch soldiers. Conclusions Different foot arch structures produce different patterns of injury due to running fraining in lower limbs.
