摘  要:目的探讨代谢综合症(MS)的危险因素。方法在江西省,采用多级分层抽样方法调查MS的患病率,同时进行相关危险因素Logistic回归分析。结果进入多因素非条件Logistic回归模型的因素有家庭经济、饮酒、年龄、父亲代谢综合症,肉类摄入(P<0.05)。其中家庭经济OR值为1.19,饮酒OR值为1.26,年龄OR值为1.65,父亲代谢综合症OR值为1.50,肉类摄入OR值为0.89。结论家庭经济、饮酒、年龄和父亲代谢综合症均为MS的危险因素;肉类摄入为MS的保护因素。Objective To identify risk factors in patient with metabolic syndrome(MS). Methods Multistage cluster sampling method was used to investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome in Jiangxi Province, and unconditional logistic regression was used to identify risk factors of MS. Results Family economy, alcohol intake, age, father's metabolic syndrome and meat intake entered the logistic equation by statistic significance( P 〈 0.05). OR value of family economy was 1.19, OR value of alcohol intake was 1.26, OR value of age was 1,65, OR value of father's metabolic syndrome was 1.50, and OR value of meat intake was 0.89. Conclusions Family economy, alcohol intake, age and father' s metabolic syndrome are all the risk factors, while meat intake is the protective factor for MS.
