摘  要:目的探讨斑点金免疫渗滤法(DIGFA)检测血吸虫抗体的应用价值。方法采用斑点金免疫渗滤法(DIGFA)与ELISA法对1088份不同血清标本作平行检测,统计分析检测结果。结果DIGFA法检测急性、慢性、晚期血吸虫病和水牛血吸虫病的敏感性分别为100%、98.30%、82.86%和98.71%;特异性为97.52%~100%;检测肺吸虫病和蛔虫病的交叉反应率分别为6.06%和2.78%,检测结果与ELISA相似。结论DIGFA法作为一种血吸虫病快速诊断方法,具有较高的敏感性和特异性,且操作简便快速,不需特殊仪器设备,有着较好的应用前景。Objective To explore the application of dot immunogold filtration assay(DIGFA) in diagnosis of schistosomiasis japonica. Methods Totally 1,088 various types of sera samples were tested by DIGFA and the conventional ELISA as parallel control. The testing results were statistically analyzed. Results The sensitivity of DIGFA was 100% in 35 acute cases of Schistosomiasis, 98.30% in 176 chronic cases of Schistosomiasis, 82,86% in 3.5 advanced cases of Schistosomiasis, and 98.71% in 1.55 cases of the water buffalo sera infected with schistosoma japonica. The specificity of DIGFA was 98.05% in 2.56 healthy objects in epidemic area, 100% in 200 healthy objects in non- epidemic area, and 97.52% in 161 cases of the water buffalo sera non- infected with schistosoma japonica. The cross reaction rate was 6.06% in 33 paragonimiasis cases and 2. 78 % in 36 ascariasis cases. The results were similar to those of detected by ELISA. Conclusions The results suggest that DIGFA is a fast and simple method in diagnosis of Schistosomiasis japonica, with higher sensitivity and specificity. It is easy to operate yet without special equipment, and is available for application in field situations and rapid diagnosis.
