摘 要:目的过氧乙酸消毒实验动物屏障环境空气后的残留量消减规律的研究及其消毒效果的评价。方法用改良的过氧乙酸含量化学测定法评价实验动物屏障环境过氧乙酸的残留量;用现场消毒试验评价不同含量的过氧乙酸空气消毒效果。结果在实验动物屏障环境的实验条件下,过氧乙酸消减规律符合一种对数消减模型,即y=16.549-7.864ln(x)(R2>0.99);用不同浓度过氧乙酸(500、1000和2000mg/L)喷雾实验动物屏障环境20min后,各采样点平均残留量值分别为2.54、5.78和11.44mg/m3。现场消毒试验中,用2000、1000和500mg/L的过氧乙酸水溶液按8ml/m3用量喷雾作用30min,自然菌平均消亡率分别为98.45%、95.13%和83.76%。结论过氧乙酸消毒实验动物屏障环境空气时,过氧乙酸残留量随时间延长而呈对数变化趋势;空气过氧乙酸残留量也随施药浓度的增加而升高,而其降解时间却随之延长;实验动物屏障环境所需过氧乙酸消毒剂用量比普通环境动物房消毒剂用量少,其最低有效作用浓度为1000mg/L。Objective To investigate the occurrence and decline of peracetic acid in the air of experimental animal barrier environment, and to evaluate the disinfection effects of peracetic acid at the different concentrations. Methods The modified method for detecting peracetic acid in the indoor air was used to measure the residue level in the air of experimental animal barrier environment. The evaluation of disinfection effects of peracetic acid at the different concentrations was performed at the spots. Results Under the experimental conditions, the occurrence and decline of residue level of peracetic acid in the air of experimental animal barrier environment were fit the logarithmic model: y = 16. 549 - 7. 864In(x) (R^2 〉 0.99). After using peracetic acid in spraying at the concentrations of 500mg/L, 1,000mg/L and 2,000mg/L for 20 min, the average residual levels of peracetic acid in indoor air were 2.54mg/m^3, 5.78mg/m^3 and 11.44 mg/m^3, respectively. Aerosol spray of 2,000mg/L, 1,000mg/L and 500mg/L peracetic acid at a dose of 8ml/m^3 with a 30 min dwelling time eradicated 98.45 %, 95.13 % and 83.76 % of natural bacteria in indoor air, respectively. Conclusions When air of experimental animal barrier environment was disinfected by peracetic acid, the residual levels of peracetic acid in the air presented in logarithmic changes with its using time; the residual levels in air increased and the decline time also prolonged with the increase of the dosage of peracetic acid. The results suggest that little dosage of peracetic acid is required for the air disinfection of experimental animal barrier environment as compared with that of general experimental animal room, the lowest effective concentration of peracetic acid is 1,000mg/L.
