摘 要:目的了解湖南省医院集中空调通风系统卫生现况,为政府和卫生行政部门的卫生管理决策和工作规划提供科学依据。方法对湖南省30家使用集中空调通风系统的大型医院进行现场调查和卫生监测。结果调查30家单位,合格率13.33%,共采集46份冷却水、冷凝水样:军团菌阳性检出率41.30%。结论医院内军团菌、真菌等生物性污染的防治是医院集中空调卫生管理工作的重点。政府应加大投入,建立和完善对医院集中空调通风系统污染的监测、预警和应急反应系统,同时规范集中空调通风系统的清洗行为。Objective To understand sanitary condition of nosocomial centralized air ventilation system in Hunan, and to provide a scientific basis for sanitary administrative decision and working programming of the government and health administrative departments. Methods Field investigation and sanitation monitoring were carried out in 30 large hospitals that equipped with centralized air ventilation systems. Results Eligible rate of the 30 hospitals was 13.33%, the legionella positive rate of 46 cooling water and condensed water samples was 41.30 %. Conclusions Prevention of biological pollution as legionella and fungus is the key point of sanitary management of nosocomial centralized air ventilation system. Government should strengthen monitoring, early warning, and emergency reaction of nosocomial centralized air ventilation system, furthermore, centralized air.ventilation system cleaning proceeding should be standardized.
