安仁县322例居民心血管疾病及其危险因素

摘　　要：目的了解湖南省安仁县居民心血管疾病及其危险因素流行现状。方法现况研究方法,对安仁县322例常住居民进行问卷调查。结果安仁县居民高血压患病率为35.71%;人群总吸烟率为24.84%,男性吸烟率为56.43%;被动吸烟率为57.14%;主动吸烟、被动吸烟与心血管疾病的关系知晓率分别为18.63%和21.12%;酗酒率为12.11%;男女主被动吸烟率、酗酒率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);超重率为22.36%,肥胖率4.04%;89.13%的调查对象缺乏体育运动。结论安仁县居民心血管疾病危险因素的暴露率较高,居民心血管疾病相关知识知晓率较低,心血管疾病防制措施和策略亟待加强。Objective To study the prevalence of cardiovascular disease and the risk factors of the residents in Anren County, Hunan Province. Methods A cross sectional study was performed. 322 permanent residents of Anren County were interviewed with a questionnaire. Results The morbidity rate of hypertension in the residents of Anren County was 35.71%. The total smoking rate was 24.84 %, of which the male smoking rate was 56.43 % and the passive smoking rate was 57.14 %. Only 18.63 % and 21.12 % studied objects had the knowledge about the relationship between smoking/passive smoking and cardiovascular disease, respectively. Alcohol abuse rate was 12.11%. There was statistically significant difference between male and female in smoking rate, passive smoking rate and alcohol abuse （P〈 0.05）. Overweight rate and obesity rate were 22.36 % and 4.04 %, respectively. 89.13 % investigated subjects lacked physical exercise. Conclusions There is high exposure of cardiovascular disease risk factors in the residents of Anren County, and the awareness rate of cardiovascular disease- related knowledge is relatively low among them. The prevention and control measures for cardiovascular disease need to be strengthened.
