摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病的社区及家庭预测,提出早期干预措施;通过预测阻断由无症状性冠心病向心绞痛、心肌梗死、猝死的发生;网络示警使初显症状患者及早得到医疗服务。方法采用静态、负荷心电图全面检测,抽取血样标本(疑似患者中进行),致患因素及相关症状问卷调查,身体体格普查及构建示警平台;组成医疗小分队,深入岳阳市平江、华容县、岳阳楼区12个乡镇,帮助社区中心卫生站对40岁以上中、老年人,建立冠心病症状示警电脑平台。结果检测78989人,占12个社区总人口19.98%,占40岁以上中老年人95.52%,综合各种资料诊断冠心病1594人(2.02%),疑似冠心病2387人(3.06%),曾出现轻微症状但未证实,追踪人数3985人(5.04%)。结论社区预测能争取早期发现各型冠心病,网络示警能及时阻断心绞痛、心肌梗死的发生发展。Objective To study the community and family forecast of coronary heart disease, to provide early intervention measures, and to block the occurrence of angina pectoris, myocardial infarction or sudden death from asymptomatic coronary heart disease by forecast. Network warning enables the patients whose symptoms appear for the first time to get medical treatment early. Methods Medical teams had been formed to conduct a complete examination by static and load electrocardiograph among the wrinkly and elderly people aged 40 years and above of twelve townships of Pingjiang County, Huarong County, and Yueyang Tower District. Blood samples from suspected patients were collected. Questionnaire survey of predisposing factor and the related symptoms was conducted. Physical examination was performed. Medical teams helped the central health stations of community to set up warning computer- platform of coronary heart disease symptoms. Results Totally 78,989 individuals were tested, which accounted for 19.98 % of the total population and 95.52 % of the wrinkly and elderly people aged 40 years and above. 1,594 （2.02%） individuals were diagnosed with coronary heart disease, 2,387 （3.06 % ） individuals were considered to be the suspected patients. 3,98.5 （5.04 % ） individuals with slight symptoms but not be confirmed were followed up. Conclusions The community forecast can predict various types of coronary heart diease early, and network warning can block the occurrence and development of angina pectoris and myocardial infarction in time.
