摘  要:渤海油田渤中地区明化镇组泥岩中黏土含量较高,水敏性较强,钻井时易发生泵压上升、扭矩增大、憋漏地层或者卡钻等复杂情况。为解决上述作业风险,采用聚胺(PF-UHIB)作为主要的抑制剂,研制开发出了GID钻井液。该钻井液抑制性强,能够有效抑制水敏性泥页岩的水化膨胀,并且抗无用土相侵害能力强,同时具有优良的润滑性和储层保护效果。在BZ28-2S油田的应用表明,GID钻井液性能稳定,具有良好的抗温稳定性和润滑性、低的滤失性,封堵性以及储层保护效果好,起下钻顺畅,井眼规则,能满足大斜度井钻进携砂的要求,能有效地抑制泥岩的水化膨胀和分散,避免钻头泥包和钻屑黏连成块,同时提高了起钻效率。The Minghuazhen Formation in Bozhong area of Bohai Oilfield is highly water-sensitive because of its high clay content. Down hole troubles such as high pump pressures and torques, as well as mud loss and pipe sticking were encountered in the past. A GID drilling fluid formulated with polyamine (PF-UHIB) was designed to deal with these problems. GID can inhibit the hydration and swelling of the formation clay, and is insensitive to the entrained cuttings. The use of GID in Block BZ28-2S showed that this mud was rheologically stable at elevated temperatures, and also possessed good lubricity, low filtration rate and low impairment to reservoir permeability. Gauged holes were obtained using this mud in the said block. GID was also successfully used in deviated wells with satisfactory hole cleaning and cuttings carrying.
