摘 要:为高效开发G104-5区块馆陶组12小层油藏剩余油,提高该区块产能,G104-5P48井在完钻后推后54 d投产。为保护该井储层,通过室内实验优选,该井选用甲酸盐无固相体系作钻井完井液,使用DG-ZCW油层保护液作井筒内滞留液。该井投产时基本无漏失,开井初期平均日产液量为391 m3/d,日均产油量为23.8 t/d,取得了较好的生产效益,表明无固相钻井完井液以及油层保护液具有很好的储层保护作用,可以在相关油井进行推广使用。To efficiently develop the remaining oil in the 12 zones of the Guantao Formation in Block G104-5, Well G104-5P48 was postponed for 54 days to put into production to wait for a better completion fluid. A formate drill-in fluid and a DG-ZCW completion fluid were designed through laboratory experiments. Almost no mud loss was found when the well was initially put into production. The initial average production rate of liquid was 391 m3/d, and that of oil 23.8 t/d. The operation on this well showed the advantages of solids-free drill-in fluid and completion fluid in reservoir protection.
