摘　　要：胡锦涛总书记在中央党校的重要讲话,深刻阐述了在全党开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动的重大意义,明确提出了把贯彻落实科学发展观提高到新水平的目标要求。必须统一思想,全面准确把握讲话精神,增强推动科学发展的坚强意志,创新推动科学发展的正确思路,提高领导科学发展的实际能力,形成促进科学发展的生动局面,用实际行动确保科学发展观在湘潭更好地贯彻落实。The important speech delivered by General Secretary Hu Jintao at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee has profoundly expounded the great significance that the whole Party is carrying out the indepth study and practice of the Scientific Outlook on Development. It has clearly put forward the goals and requirements to carry out the Scientific Outlook on Development to a new level. We should unify our minds, fully and accurately grasp the essence of Hu Jintao＇s speech, improve and enhance the strong will of scientific development, innovateand promote the correct thinking of scientific development, improve the leadership capacity of scientific development, so as to shape a vivid situation of scientific development and ensure the Scientific Oudook on Development to be carded out better in Xiangtan through actual practice.
