摘  要:为测试永磁同步电机的动态性能和抗退磁能力,开发了基于虚拟仪器的永磁电机综合测试系统。该系统以LabVIEW为上位机软件平台,结合工控机、单片机、I/O控制卡及多种电力电子、微电子器件,实现了整个测试过程的自动控制。除了能得到传统空载、负载及堵转特性并自动生成试验报表外,系统还能通过对动态过程实时数据的分析,得到永磁电机的牵入转矩、失步转矩、齿槽转矩、空载感应电势等参数。此外,测试系统还能模拟永磁电机在运行过程中可能遇到的重负荷多次起动、过载失步、重合闸等容易引起退磁的非正常运行状况,用以考核其抗退磁能力。现场运行一年多的实践显示,该系统可以满足永磁电机出厂试验、型式试验及新产品开发研究所必需的各种测试要求。In order to test the dynamic performance and anti-demagnetization capacity of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, a microcomputer synthetic test system based on virtual instrument has been developed. An automatic control for the whole process of test is achieved by using Labview software on industrial PC platform, in combination with IPC, microcontroller, I/O control card and various power electronic devices. In addition to acquiring the traditional record of load, no-load as well as locked operation characteristics, and putting the data into an experiment sheet automatically, the system can also obtain the starting torque, pull-in torque and pull-out torque, cogging torque and electromotive force etc by analyzing the dynamic data. The anti-demagnetization capacity can be evaluated by simulating the possible demagnetization condition such as repeat starting, overload to step-out, recolsing etc. The system has been running smoothly for more than one year, which demonstrates that the system can satisfy all kinds of testing requirements of permanent-magnet motor very well.
