云克、甲氨蝶呤分别联合爱若华治疗类风湿关节炎疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较云克(99Tc—MDP)联合爱若华治疗类风湿关节炎与甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合爱若华治疗的疗效及炎症指标的变化。方法筛选类风湿关节炎患者40例,随机分为治疗组20例,给予云克联合爱若华应用3周;对照组20例,给予MTX联合爱若华治疗3周。结果云克组ACR20有12例,ACR50有5例,ACR70有1例,无效2例,总有效率90%,对照组ACR20有8例,ACR50有2例,ACR70有1例,无效9例,总有效率55%,两组相比P<0.05,有统计学差异;云克组在改善晨僵、减少关节压痛数、关节肿胀数和、改善ESR、CRP等方面均有统计学差异("P<0.05")。结论云克可快速明显改善类风湿关节炎的临床症状和实验室指标,且使用安全,不良反应少。Objective To compire the curative effect and laborotary index of the treatment method with 99Tc--MDE MTX combine LEF respectively to therapy Rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Filtrating 40 patients sufferd from Rheumatoid arthritis,divided randomly into two groups,one group is given the treatment with 99Tc--MDP combine LEF 3 weeks, the other group is given the treatmen with MTX combine LEF 3 weeks. Results There are 12 cases ofACR20, 5 cases of ACR50 and 1 cases of ACR70 in the 99Tc--MDP group,2 cases is ineffective ,the efficient is 90%. There are 8 cases ofACR20, 2 cases of ACR50 and 1 cases of ACR70 in the 99Tc--MDP group,9 cases is ineffective ,the efficient is 55%.〈0.05,the group with 99Tc--MDP proved the statistics differennce such as meliorating ankylosis,lessening the pain and swell,reducing ESR and CRP. Conclusion 99Tc-- MDP can distinctly improve the symptom and laborotary index of Rheumatoid arthritis, it is safe.
