脉冲多普勒评价吸烟对心脏舒张功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察吸烟对心脏舒张功能的影响。方法:人选27名长期吸烟者作为吸烟组(HS),另外选择30名不吸烟者作为对照组。应用超声心动图脉冲多普勒技术评价吸烟者吸烟前后的左、右室舒张功能。结果:与对照组相比,吸烟者的二尖瓣血流E/A明显下降;肺静脉血流频谱S/D明显上升.三尖瓣血流E/A明显下降;在吸烟后,二尖瓣血流频谱E/A进一步下降(P均<0.05),肺静脉血流频谱S/D与吸烟前相比无显著变化(P>0.05)、三尖瓣血流E/A较吸烟前下降(P<0.05)结论:吸烟者左、右率舒张功能下降,在吸烟后即刻进一步下降。Objective：The aim of the study was to assess left ventricular（LV） and right ventriculart RV ）diastohe function in smokers before and after smoking one cigarette, Methods： 27 smokers （ study group [ HS ] ） and 30 nonsmokers （ control group） were involved. Echocardio- graphic examination was done in the HS before smoking one cigarette and after smoking one cigarette. To assess diastolic function of LV and RV mitral valve flow（MVF） ,pulmonary venous flow（PVF） and tricuspid valve flow （ TVF ）were evaluated. Results： MVF early to late phase ratio （E/A） was significantly lower in HS-lthan in the control group. The PVF systolic to diastolic phase ratio（S/D） was significantly higher in HS- lthan in the control group. TVF E/A was significantly lower in HS-1 than in control subjects. MVF E/A was significantly lower in HS-2 than in HS-1 （ P 〈 0. 053. The PVF S/D was similar in HS-1 and HS-2 group （ P 〉 0, 05 ）. TVF E/A was significantly lower in HS-2 than in HS-1 （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions ： LV relaxation and RV relaxation was impaired in healthy smokers before and after smoking one cigarette.
