无创正压通气治疗急性重症哮喘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨无创正压通气(NIPPV)治疗急性重症哮喘的疗效。方法:观察20例经过常规治疗效果不佳的支气管哮喘患者应用NIPPV治疗前、24h后临床疗效及血气变化。结果:所有患者经NIPPV治疗后病情明显好转,动脉血pH值恢复正常,PaO_((2))和PaCO_((2))分别高于和低于治疗前水平(P<0.05)。结论:NIPPV对于急性重症哮喘是一种切实有效的治疗措施。Objective： To evaluate the effect of noninvasive positive-pressure ventilation （NIPPV）in the treatment of patients with acute critically asthma. Methods：The clinical therapeutic effect was Observed and blood gas was analyzed before and 24hm after NIPPV for 20 patients with bronchial tube asthma who were not susceptible to routine therapy. Results ： All patients resumed gradually and feh better and their artery blood pH, partial pressure of PaO2 and PaCO2 nearly returned to normal after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： NIPPV was an effect way for treating acute critically asthma.
