痤疮净粉外治痤疮的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药制剂痤疮净粉外治痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将300例患者随机分为2组,治疗组给予痤疮净粉倒膜,对照组给予甲硝唑凝胶外涂,观察临床症状,分别进行相应治疗。结果:治疗四周后.治疗组总有效率为96.41%,对照组总有效率为72.18%,两组结果经统计学处理,差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组治疗过程中未发现任何不良反应。结论:中药制刺痤疮净粉外治痤疮临床疗效显著、副作用少.临床值得推广应用。Objective ： To evaluate the effects and prospect of Cuochuangjing Powder on Ache Vulgar（ AV ）. Methods： 300 patients with AV were randomly assigned to 2 groups equally,those in the treatment group were treated with Cuochuangjing Powder, and those in the control group were treated with Jiaxiaozuo Ningjiao. Results：After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group were 96.41%, those were 72.18% in the control group,The total effective rate in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. No adverse reactions were found, in treatment group. Conclusion ： Cuochuangjing Powder is effective and safe in treating AV, very valuable to clinical application.
