HPLC测定血竭胶囊中血竭素的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立血竭胶囊的含量测定方法。方法:运用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对血竭中血竭索含量进行测定。色谱柱:KromasilC_(18)柱(4.6mm x200mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.05mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钠溶液(50:50);流速:1.0mL·min^(-1);检测波长:440nm;柱温40℃。结果:血竭素的量在0.087～0.437μg有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率100.9%,RSD=0.79%。结论:所建立的方法可靠,可用于血竭胶囊的质量控制。Objective：To establish a method for the content determination of the Dragon＇s blood capsules. Methods： The content of the Dracorhodin in the Dragon＇s blood were determined by HPLC. Chmmatogram Column： Kromasil C18 column （4. 6ram x 200mm,5l^m） ;Mobile phase ： acetonitrile - 0; 05 mol · L - 1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution （ 50： 50） ; Flow rate ： 1.0mL min - 1 ; Detection wavelength ： 440nm; column temperature： 40℃. Results： A good linear relationship was found at the range of 0. 087 -0. 437μg for the Dracorhodin in the amount. The average recovery rate was 100. 9% and RSD was 0. 79%. Conclusions： The method is reliable and can be applied to the quality control of the Dragon＇s blood capsules.
