摘　　要：目的:制备复方氧氟沙星并建立质量控制方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定主药含量。结果:所制备制剂鉴别、检查等均符合2005版《中国药典》相关规定。线性范围1～9μg/ml(r=0.9990),回收率=98 81%,RSD=0.60%。结论:本制剂制备工艺简便宜行,质量稳定可控。Objective：Preparation of compound ofloxacin and to establish quality control methods. Methods： UV spectrophotometric deter- mination of the main drug content. Results ： Agents prepared to identify, check, etc. In line with the 2005 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia the relevant provisions. Linear range of 1- 9μg/ml （r = 0. 9990） , recovery rate = 98.81%, RSD = 0. 60%. Conclusions： The preparation Preparation Jane cheaper line, quality control and stability.
