摘　　要：目的:探讨急症剖宫产产妇的心理特点及其相关因素。方法:对92例急症剖宫产产妇的不良心理状态采用术前问卷调查,术中观察、询问,术后随访。结果:急症剖宫产产妇的不良心理主要表现为紧张、恐惧和焦虑。结论:手术室护士应掌握好产妇的心理特点,采取相应措施,能使产妇达到最佳心理状态,确保手术顺利进行,为术后恢复打下良好基础。Objective ： To discuss the psychological characteristic of the 92 emergency caesarean delivered puerperaa and its correlative fac- tor. Methods： Take questionnaire survey of the 92 emergency caesarean delivered puerperas, observe and question during surgeries, and take fol- low - up visit after surgeries. Results： The malpsychology of emergency caesarean delivered puerperas are major in ademonia.fear,anxiety. Conclusions： Nurses in Surgery should master the psychological characteristics of puerperas, take homologous measure, keep the puerperas af optimum condition,in order to ensure the surgeries going on wheels.
