摘　　要：本文首次利用家谱资料,详细考察了近代以来义乌族田的管理经营状况。笔者认为,义乌族田的管理经营具有相当的民主性且富有成效,显示了浙江族田的特色,有助于我们更深刻地认识族田的本质。This paper examines the modem managing status of clan field in Yiwu by using genetdogy references for first time. The deep insight analysis of the management of clan field in Yiwu, which is democratic and effective, depicts the unique characteristic of Zhejiang clan field as well as the essence.
