摘 要:利用废旧塑料(聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯)与粉煤灰共混,采用热压成型的工艺制造塑料建筑模板,对模板不同配方条件下模板样品的断面形貌、密度、吸水率、冷热稳定性、冲击强度进行了研究。结果表明:随着粉煤灰用量的增大粉煤灰与废旧塑料之间的相容性变差,模板的密度与吸水率随着粉煤灰用量的增加而增大,模板的热膨胀率与冷收缩率随着粉煤灰用量的增加而减小。模板的冲击强度随着粉煤灰用量的增加而减小。Polymer particles (PE,PS ,PP) was used to blend with fly ash to blend, the technology of hotpressing molding was adopted to manufacture architectural formwork. The section pattern , the density and water absorption, the heat expansion ration and cold shrink ration, the impact strength about the formwork were researched on the different formulation conditions. Resuhsshow the polymer particles compatibility varies with the increase of fly ash dose. The density and water absorption of the fonnwork with the increase of fly ash dose was enlarged. The heat expansion ration and cold shrink ration of the formwork with the increase of fly ash dose minished. The impact strength of the formwork with the increase of fly ash dose minished. The impact strength of the formwork with the increase number of heating molding times enlarged.
