摘 要:为了对被测天线进行快速?定量的动态测量,获得天线频带特性的实时测量结果,可以采用多通道扫频近场测量方法。本文提出了一种采用85301B天线自动测量系统,使用HP85330A作为系统控制器的多通道扫频近场测量方法。在一定的频段内进行点频和扫频测试,将点频和扫频近场数据变换成远场方向图,并对各频点的数据进行比较分析。最后分析了误差产生原因并给出了一种修正方法。测试数据表明与传统的点测法相比,有效地降低了测量时间,提高了测量系统的测试效率。In order to measure antenna with rapid, quantitative dynamic measurement and obtain real-time measurement results of frequency bandwidth characteristics, a technique of multi-channel and sweep frequency near- field antenna measurement is used. An automatic antenna measurement system of 85301B, in which HP85330A is used as system controller, is presented in the paper. In a certain band the antennas with sweep frequency and point frequency measurement are carried out and the data at every frequency point by transforming near-field date into far-field patterns is analyzed. At last, the error causes are analyzed and an amendment technique is introduced. The result shows that the technique could reduce the measurement times and improve the throughput of antenna measurement compared with the traditional point measurement.
