摘　　要：薄壁离心砼钢管塔在制造中简化了制造工艺,提高加工工效,改善劳动环境、节约能源,且能根据工程需要生产线路上所需的多种规格和长度的构件。在线路应用中具有钢材的可焊性、易组装易连接特点,又发挥了砼构件成本低,节约投资的长处。不仅抗震、抗冲击、抗碰撞性能好,而且刚度大、变形小,抗恶劣运行条件能力较好。在线路日常运行维护工作中不需检查紧固螺栓,不怕丢失钢材,不仅使施工中的安装简化方便,又使维护的工作量和费用大大减少。The tin-waU-centrifugal-concrete-steel-tub e-tower can not only simplify the manufacture technlogy,but also improve the process efficiency, working environment, and save energy, According to the needs of lines it can produce components of different specifictions and lengths.Because of its weldable quality ,the equipment can be assembled or linked easily.Meanwhile ,the low cost of concrete components can save investment.Besides these ,the equipment can hardly be deformed owing to its stiffness,and it also has good qualities like anticollism,and anti-knock.So it can be applied well under serious operation conditions.At last,it is free of everday protection and operation such as checking or fasteningbolts and workers dont need to worry about the loss of steel, so these can save the cost,reduce the maintenance work and simplify the installation.
