非脱垂瘢痕子宫经阴道和经腹切除术的对比分析

摘　　要：回顾分析我院193例非脱垂瘢痕子宫行阴式切除术患者（观察组），200例瘢痕子宫行腹式切除术患者（对照Ⅰ组）及200例无盆腔手术史行阴式子宫切除术患者（对照Ⅱ组）的临床资料。观察组平均手术时间、术中出血量均低于对照Ⅰ组（P〈0．01）；术后恢复时间快于对照Ⅰ组（P〈0．01）；术后发热率较对照组Ⅰ减少，术后阴道残端异常发生率3组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。说明对于非脱垂瘢痕子宫行阴式子宫切除术安全、可行。One hundred and ninety-three patients undergoing transvaginal hysterectomy for cicatrix uterus （study group）, 200 patients receiving transabdominal hysterectomy for cicatrix uterus （control group I ）, and 200 patients having transvaginal hysterectomy for non-prolapsed uterus （ control group 11 ） were retrospectively analyzed. In comparison with the control group I , the study group showed a significantly reduced operation time and the average volume of blood loss （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Moreover, patients in the study group had shorter postoperative recovery time （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . The incidence of postoperative fever was decreased in the study group. There was no significant difference in complications of the vaginal wound between the three groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. This investigation demonstrates that transvaginal hysterectomy might be feasible and safe in removing cicatrix non-prolapsed uterus.
