摘　　要：当代中国行政价值观的建构应从以下几个视角进行:理论上借鉴公共行政学的最新成果新公共服务理论,重塑公共行政的价值理性,回归公共行政的伦理关怀;同时从当代中国的现实出发,诠释科学发展观与和谐社会理念的行政话语指向;从行政主体、行政相对人、行政制度伦理、行政伦理环境等方面来建构当代中国的行政价值观的规范体系。The present age Chinese administration outlook on values construction should be in progress from several the following visual angles ： Use the up - to - date achievement that public administration learns for reference in terms of theory, return public administration ethics show solicitude ; At the same time sets off from the present age China＇s realities, annotation science develops the administration utterance directing watching with harmonious society idea;From the administration main body, administration, person, administration construct standard Chinese the present age administration outlook on values system relatively during the past aspect such as system ethics , administration ethics environment.
