摘 要:研制得一种新型固体酸TiOSO4/SiO2,吸附吡啶的红外光谱表明,其表面主要存在Brnsted酸中心,该催化剂在油酸月桂酯的合成中具有很好的催化活性.催化剂制备和反应的优化条件如下:Ti(SO4)2负载量10%,焙烧温度450℃,催化剂用量2%,醇/酸摩尔比1.1,反应温度150℃,反应时间1.5h.优化条件下,酯化率达到95%以上.A solid acid TiOSO4/SiO2 was prepared by calcinations of Ti(SO4)2/SiO2 at high temperature. FT-IR spectra of pyridine adsorbed on the surface indicated that the catalyst had Bronsted acid centers. TiOSO4/SiO2 had good catalytic activity in esterification between oleic acid and lauryl alcohol. Optimum conditions found were as follows: Ti(SO4)2 loading 10%, calcinations temperature 450℃, molar ratio of lauryl alcohol to oleic acid 1.1, amount of catalyst upon mass of oleic acid 2%, reaction temperature 150℃, reaction time 1.5h. Toluene was used as entrainer. At optimum conditions the yield was above 95%.
