跨越会展管理人才培养的误区

摘　　要：随着近年来大型会展日益增多,对相关专业人才需求旺盛。庞大的市场需求和人才匮乏现状之间的落差,使得培养高素质的会展专业人才问题越来越受到各方面的重视。然而,几年来的培养结果不尽人意。透过理性分析,必须跨越当前人才培养中存在的几大误区,才能使我国的会展人才培养走上正轨,使之真正服务于我国的会展经济。With the gradual increase of large exhibitions in recent years, relevant trained professionals are much in demand. The difference between large market demand and the lack of professionals has made the problem of cultivating high quality exhibition personnel gain more and more attention. Meanwhile, the result of cultivation in the past few years is not satisfactory. Through rational analysis, we must move out of the misunderstanding in present personnel cultivation so as to make the cultivation return to normal and really serve China＇ s exhibition economy.
