摘　　要：综述传统的钢铁联合企业（ＢＦ／ＢＯＦ流程）和废钢电炉企业（ＳＣ／ＥＡＦ流程）进一步开发和采用新技术，进而采用替代工艺，使其生产达到优质、高效率、低耗、低成本、低污染和灵活机动的目标。It is summorized that the iron & steel integrated complex (BF/BOF process) and scrap electric furnace enterprise (SC/EAF process)developed and applied new technology further,and then used substitution process so as to obtain the aim of high quality and efficiency,low comsuption,cost and contamination as well as flexiblity.
