摘　　要：通过调查北京市南郊某大型宰猪厂企业基本情况、生产工艺,现场监测该厂废水、噪声、固体废弃物等污染物排放现状,详细分析了屠宰厂主要环境问题和污染物排放种类、特性,最终确定项目符合性分析和水环境影响预测为屠宰企业的环境影响评价要点。The main environmental problems and the characteristics of the pollutants from butchery are analyzed through investigating the general status and production process and monitoring the noise and wastewater and solid wastes of the plant, based on which, the technological points of EIA about butchery are put forward.
