摘  要:心血管疾病健康科普教育实践,可有效地降低心血管疾病的发病率,提高心血管内、外科介入及手术治疗效果。建立院前、院中、院后三级科普健康教育体系;医务人员全员参与、多形式综合应用的健康教育实践;医学科普健康教育以"预防"为重点的导向;构建患者社区医院专业医院金三角关系等经验在心血管疾病健康教育实践中证明为积极有效的措施。但心血管疾病健康教育应把受众人群进一步扩大到青少年和农村人群,同时注意对心血管患者的心理健康教育和减少危险因子的教育。Practice of popularizing health education in cardiovascular diseases can effectively reduce the incidence of cardiovascular diseases, and increase the therapeutic effects of interventions and operations in cardiovasology and cardiovascular surgery. It has been proved to be positive and effective measures to estatablish the tertiary health education system { before hospitalization, during hospitalization and after discharge from hospital} , carry out health education practice involving medical staff and multi-forms, give priority to prevention in health education, and construct a golden triangular relationship among patient, community and specialized hospital. However, the education health practice should extend to young people and the population in rural areas. Meanwhile, we should carry out psychological health education and education in reducing risk factors to patients with cardiovascular diseases.
