摘　　要：为探讨社会环境因素对医学生学业成绩的影响,本研究对某医学院一至五年级的297名在校学生,用自行设计的社会环境因素与医学生学业成绩关系调查表进行调查,并对各因素进行统计分析。结果表明:上网行为、就业形势等因素对医学生学业成绩影响有统计学意义(P<0.05),而吸烟、饮酒等不良个人因素的影响则不显著。In order to explore the effects of social environmental factors on medical students＇ academic achievements, we investiga- ted 297 medical students of all grades at a medical college through self-designed questionnaire. The present paper analyzed each variable and found that surfing the Internet and employment prospect after graduation are significantly associated with the medical students＇ academic achievements（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Unhealthy social factors such as cigarette smoking and alcohol drinking, however, do not have an obvious influence.
