摘　　要：全生命周期工程造价管理,就是从工程项目全生命周期(包括建设前期、建设期、使用期和翻新与拆除期等阶段)出发去考虑造价和成本问题,为了保证全生命周期费用目标最优化实现,工程项目决策阶段的全生命周期造价控制非常重要。The whole Lifecycle project cost management,is from the whole life cycle of the project （including pre-construction, construction,renovation and life with dismantling stage,and so on） to consider the price and cost issues. In order to ensure that the whole lifecycle project cost optimized to achieve the objectives,the control of the decision-making phase of the whole lifecycle project cost is very important.
