摘　　要：ＡＥ型乳化炸药连续乳化工艺设备用于乳化炸药的连续乳化生产，其生产能力为１８～２０ｔ·ｈ－１（可调节），实现了一段乳化，具有能耗低、产量高、体积小、结构紧凑、操作方便、安全等特点。详细阐述了该工艺设备的核心———连续乳化器结构、相关参数的选择与设计及其油水相输送和计量装置等，分析表明：推广应用该工艺设备可获得显著的经济效益和社会效益。The continuous emulsifying equipment for AE emulsion explosive, with a througth put capacity of 18～20 t·h-1 (adjustable) is used for continuous emulsification and production of emulsion explosive. It is characterized by onestage emulsification, low energy consumption, small volume, compact structure and convenient and safe operation. The paper describes the selection and design of the structure and relative parameters emulsifier′s and the transport and measuring devices of oil and water phase and so on. The results show that remarkable economic and social results can be achieved by its application.
