摘  要:研究了密度不同的82WNiCu(Ⅰ)、82WNiCu(Ⅱ)以及82WNiCuAg合金,在1020,1070,1120,1170℃下进行HIP技术处理后合金性能的变化规律。82WNiCu(Ⅰ)、82WNiCu(Ⅱ)(1120℃下)以及82WNiCuAg合金(1020℃下)经过HIP技术处理,拉伸强度分别提高70%,82%和60%,密度分别提高05%,27%和064%。Two kinds of alloys of different densities, 82WNiCu(1) and 82WNiCu(2) and a kind of 82WNiCuAg alloy were treated by hot isostatic pressing (HIP) at 1 020 ℃, 1 070 ℃, 1120 ℃ and 1 170 ℃ respectively to examine the change regularity of their physicomechanical properties. The results showed that after the first two alloys were treated by HIP at 1 120 ℃ and the latter alloy by HIP at 1 020 ℃, their tensile strengths were increased by 70%,82% and 60%, and their densities by 05%, 27% and 064%, respectively.
