上尿路手术后双J管结石形成的腔镜处理

摘　　要：目的评价输尿管碎石术处理上尿路术后双J管结石形成造成拔管困难的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析21例因上尿路手术术后双J管结石形成造成拔管困难的临床资料。结果采用输尿管镜下碎石术处理结石,同时更换双J管,无输尿管穿孔,假道,输尿管撕脱及泌尿系感染等并发症。结论对于因上尿路手术术后双J管结石形成造成普通膀胱镜下拔管困难的患者,采用输尿管碎石术拔除双J管是可行的。[Objective] To evaluate the application value of the failed removal of double J ureteral stents due to genesis of encrusted stone following the operation of upper urinary tract with ureteroscopy. [Methods] 21 patients with the failed removal of double J ureteral stents due to genesis of encrusted stone following the operation of upper urinary tract were retrospectively analyzed. [Results] With ureteroscopy and a new double J ureteral stent replaced, there were no complications including perforation, rid and avulsion of ureter, infection. [Conclusion] To the patients of failed removal of double J ureteral stents due to genesis of enerusted stone following the operation of upper urinary tract, ureteroscopy is viable.
