摘　　要：介绍一种新开发的弧焊变压器电子防触电装置，这种装置采用变结构理论，按照新的国家标准ＧＢ１５５７９—１９９５研制。具有接线方便、动作快速的特点，有效地解决了弧焊变压器二次空载电压伤人及空载损耗问题。An electronic control welding transformer anti-electric shock device is successfully developed. It uses variable structure control theory and conforms to GB15579-1995. It has such advantages as convenient connection, quickness and high reliability. It has effectly solved the problems if casualty of operators resulted by high open circuit voltage and no load energy loss.
