摘 要:用薄层池循环伏安法和现场薄层池紫外光谱电化学法研究了维生素K3(VK3)在铂电极上的电化学反应机理。薄层池循环伏安实验结果表明:VK3的电化学反应为二1e准可逆过程。现场薄层池紫外光谱电化学的实验结果和Nernst图解分析表明:电解还原反应的最后产物为2-甲基-1,4-萘酚。该反应偶合有前行化学反应;还原产物经电解氧化的产物为2-甲基-1,4-萘醌,该反应没有偶合化学反应。电化学反应过程中有醌-氢醌中间体存在。据此提出了相应的电化学反应机理。The electrochemical reaction mechanism of vitamin K, on platinum electrode has been studied by thin layer cell cyclic voltammetry. and in situ ultraviolet spectroelec- trochemistry. The experimental results of thin layer cell cyclic voltammetry showed that the electrochemical reaction of vitamin K3 was a quasi reversible process with two step one elec- tron transfer. The experimental results of in situ ultraviolet spectroelectrochemistry and Nernst plot analysis expressed that the final product of reductive reaction was 2-methyl-1,4- naphthol and the reaction was coupled with a preceeding chemical reaction1 the oxidative product of 2-mthyl-1, 4-naphthol was 2-methyl-1, 4-naphthoquinone and the reaction was not coupled with chemical reaction. There are quinone-hydroquinone intermediate existing in the electrochemical reaction process. According to the above results the electrochemical reaction mechanism of VK3 was suggested.
