摘  要:建立了碘的反相高效液相色谱测定方法。色谱条件为:Shim-Pack CLC-ODS柱;流动相为甲醇-水(20:80);流速为1mL/min;检测波长为290nm。本方法的线性范围为0.10~10 mg/L;相对标准偏差为1.1%~1.4%;加标回收率为97%~101%。所建立的方法已用于医用碘酒的测定。A method for the determination of iodine by reversed-phase high-performance liq- uid chromatography has been established. The chromatographic conditions were: column: Shim-pack CLC-ODS;mobile phase; methanol-water (20:80);flow rate: 1mL/min; detec- tion wavelength: 290 nm. The linear range of determination was from 0. 10 mg/L to 10 mg/L with a correlation coefficiency of 0. 9998. The detection limit of iodine was 0. 008 mg/L. The RSD was in the range from 1. 1% to 1. 4% and the recovery was from 97% to 101%. The method has been applied to the analysis of tincture of iodine.
