摘　　要：文章对医疗卫生监管的概念、内容和存在的问题以及区域医疗卫生网络进行了介绍,分析了在网络环境下进行医疗卫生监管的优势,着重探讨了基于区域医疗卫生网络的医疗卫生监管,提出了医疗卫生监管平台的模型和业务流程,并阐述了建设该平台时应注意的问题。The text described the concept, content and problems of the medical and health monitoring as well as the medical and health network, analyzed the advantages of the medical and health monitoring in the network environment, focused on the medical and health monitoring based on regional health care network, put forward the model and business processes of the medical and health monitoring platform, and described the problems we should pay attention to when we built the platform.
