摘　　要：独立学院实验室队伍建设中存在的问题;实验技术队伍结构不合理;实验技术人员数量不充足;队伍不稳定。解决以上问题需科学合理定编,提高实验技术人员的业务水平,调动他们的工作积极性,实现自我完善。The paper points out some problems in the experimental and technical teams of independent colleges, such as the irrational structure of the experimental and technical teams, the insufficient quantity of the personnel and the instability of the teams. The solutions to these problems are to have a scientific and reasonable designated staff, to improve the professional skills of the experimental and technical personnel, to arouse their motivation for their work, and to realize the self-improvement.
