摘　　要：文章介绍了莱钢集团棒材厂轧钢生产线研发生产Φ50 mm英标螺纹钢筋的技术准备、孔型设计、轧辊加工、穿水工艺设计及钢筋穿水后的金相组织变化分析。The article gives an introduction of some details for the development and production of Ф50mm BS deformed bar steel, including technology preparation, pass design, roller machining, quenching process, and metallurgical structure analysis.
